Highest Point of Acadia National Park: Cadillac Mountain
Cadillac Mountain is the highest point in Acadia National Park and along the eastern seaboard of the United States. Standing at 1,530 feet (466 meters), it offers sweeping views of Frenchman Bay, the surrounding islands, and inland forests. Its summit is accessible by road and popular hiking trails, making it one of the park’s most visited destinations. From early October through March, Cadillac Mountain is also known as one of the first places in the U.S. to see the sunrise.
